Our project employs a multi-faceted approach to disentangle the influence of various factors on GHG dynamics.

GHG Measurements

  • Automatic chambers: Frequent GHG flux measurements.
  • Manual chambers: GHG flux from soil and stems.
  • Eddy covariance: Ecosystem-scale exchanges.

Soil Analyses

  • Soil temperature, water content, groundwater level.
  • Physico-chemical: pH, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium.

Microbiology

  • qPCR
  • Amplicon-based sequencing
  • Metagenomics
